To assist some clients with their understanding of P.A.T. requirements – a Portable Appliance is anything in the workplace that has a plug attached.
P.A.T. Testing imposes a Legal obligation explained within the Health & Safety at Work Act and more specifically the Electricity at Work Regulations (EAWR) 1989.
