BS 15000 scheduled for publication as International Security Standard ISO 20000 before the end of 2005 and BS 7799-2 ISMS (discussed on 2K’s web site) due early 2006 as ISO/IEC 27001, are further evidence of the growing international demand for Information Security Certification. Data Security Measures & Patient Confidentiality are key issues to establish the Medical Record database and may give an insight to your own data security risk assessments in this context.
